Our highly qualified staff assists and guides Members through a variety of fitness programs and techniques to obtain optimum results, while avoiding injury, and making the most of their personal wellness regime.

Programs include Pilates, organized spinning, yoga, golf stretching sessions, and the very popular water aerobics as well as exercising on our state-of-the-art Cybex equipment.

During the summer and fall, our wellness program expands beyond the wellness center, to the trails, the woods and water. Hiking and biking in the mountains and kayaking on Ravenel Lake.

Indulge Your Senses

Massage Therapists are available daily, providing a broad range of therapies; Swedish and deep tissue, sports, and even Ashiatsu massage, a modification of ancient styles of barefoot massage.  And for golfers who participate in major Cullasaja tournaments, Massage Therapists are available at the golf practice facility, prior to the event, to provide muscle relaxing 10-minute chair massages.
