Looking down our spacious staircase to the Gathering Room below, you can see one of the Clubhouse's four natural stone fireplaces and an incredible view of our 9th fairway tucked into the Nantahala National Forest. The airiness of the room makes it an ideal spot for meeting friends, or having a glass of wine and intimate conversation before dinner.
The artwork in our dining venues is by Rosemary Stiefel, a local artist, whose interpretive paintings of nature, Cullasaja's native Indian beginnings, and the four seasons, connect past and present with a colorful energy.
Connected to the Gathering Room is one of our three dining areas - the Main Dining Room -warmed by another stone fireplace and decorated in warm autumn reds, burnt oranges, browns and golds creates an intimate setting for you and your guest.
Adjacent to the Main Dining Room is the Terrace, an all-glass enclosed room that brings the beauty of the outdoor surroundings right to your table with an elegant feel - a lovely spot for a friendly lunch.
The Pavilion, with natural stone floors, vaulted ceiling trussed with rugged local timbers, and expansive floor-to-ceiling glass doors, opens up to a spectacular view of the forest and fairway below - bringing a tranquil ambiance of the Blue Ridge Mountains right to your table with a wonderful open-air feel.
Just outside the Pavilion is our Sunset Terrace - the perfect place to unwind, sip iced tea, read, or enjoy a sunset cocktail.
